Reservations
Reservations are confirmed by our booking engine or in writing by our reservations team at info@aeliaverde.gr. Rates, availability, cancellation windows and deposit terms are those shown at the moment of booking.
Cancellations and changes
Each rate carries its own cancellation policy, stated in your confirmation. Non-refundable rates cannot be changed or refunded. Please write to us as early as possible if your plans change.
Arrival and departure
Check-in and check-out times are confirmed with your reservation. Early arrival and late departure are offered subject to availability.
The estate
Pools, the private beach, the spa, the playground and the garden cinema are used at your own responsibility and according to the posted hours and rules. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law, with the courts of Halkidiki having jurisdiction.
