Who we are

Petrino Suites Hotel is a four-star eco-friendly hotel in Afitos, Halkidiki 63077, Greece. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at info@aeliaverde.gr or +30 23740 91635.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we store your name, email address, optional phone number, the subject of your enquiry and your message, so we can answer you. When you sign up to the newsletter we store your email address and language.

If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect anonymous measurements of the pages you visit. If you do not, no analytics run at all.

Why we use it

To answer enquiries and manage reservations (contract and legitimate interest), to send the newsletter you asked for (consent), and to improve the site (consent).

Booking engine

Online reservations are completed on our booking engine at https://petrinoecovillage.reserve-online.net/, which opens in a new tab and is operated by our reservations provider under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to twenty-four months after our last exchange. Newsletter sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@aeliaverde.gr. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

Cookies
